Prior to opening her own consulting firm in 2019, Katie was the Director of Talent Acquisition for North America and Global Operations at a 1.6b software and technology company. She has over 19 years of Talent Acquisition and Operational Leadership experience providing expert guidance to public, private and non-profit organizations. Upstream, midstream and rapidly growing organizations benefit from her hands-on, in-depth guidance. Katie has a formal education in Business Administration and Business Management with a minor in Marketing. She is a lifetime member for the International Professional Women's Society.
